My Plate

Given my body type, build, and function requirements, my dietary needs and caloric intake are quite specialized.

To function, happy healthy and whole, my daily requirements/plate looks like this:

50% Carbs

25% Protein

15% Fat

10% Fibers and gastro-health probiotics

Today I will be using the last of my strength to prepare the last of my provisions:

1 can refried beans

1 can tomato soup

1 box white rice

I will be mixing them together in a nice falsetto chili, and portioning into 1 ladle meals to place in the fridge for the week.

The math is certainly against me on this one. Not sure how many days left in reality.
